Once through the door we went to the reception desk to fill forms out and show are id even though i wasn't shooting i had to show my id there was plenty of room i did not feel uncomfortable at all and it was busy they have ear protectors and goggles there for people to wear and they offer cleaning if you require this i brought my own and cleaned a set for me and for my husband. Once everyone was signed in they do a safety talk and then once this was done you then go into the shooting room which had another step to which they put the rampdown again which was good and i go into the room with no problems. My husband was shown what he needed to do and how to use all the guns and he started shooting which i was told that i could film him and take pictures they also showed my how i could have a go at shooting if i wished, that the gun table can be lowered and they have a bean bag thing like a door stop to rest the gun on but i said thank you for letting me know but i will pass and they was lovely the staff made me feel very welcome and nothing was too much work for them made me feel involved they even took a picture for me were i couldn't see. Before we left they let my husband take pictures with all the guns and took one of us both and then a picture with all the staff. On the way out they took me out the side so i only had to use the ramp once.
Had only planned on going once to try it as it was something he had wanted to do for ages but will book again next year for his birthday.
