OUR RIGHT TO REMOVE YOU 

Double Deuce, acting reasonably at all times, reserve the right, to refuse admission to the range, ban entry to the range and remove from the range without any right to refund any person whose presence or behaviour may effect the enjoyment and/or safety of other guests or staff or who: uses violent, aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or insulting words or behaviour or in anyway behaves in a manner which may provoke a breech of the peace.

We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings or prosecute any person found damaging or defacing any part or the grounds.

If any guest in breach of any of these terms and conditions is a member of a group booking, then such a group of individuals may, also at Double Deuces discretion, be denied entry or escorted from the range without any right to a refund.

The organiser agrees to accept full responsibility for the actions of its guest involved in the event. 

YOUR BEHAVIOUR

Behaviour likely to cause danger or annoyance to there persons is not permitted in any part of the range. Smoking is prohibited within the building, use of e-cigarettes within reason is allowed.

PARKING

Vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk. we take no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle using the car park and no guarantee is given as to the security of the guests’ vehicles in the car park or any contents. No vehicles are permitted to remain outside the ranges normal operating hours. 

SECURITY

It is strictly prohibited to bring into the range any weapons. Any person found to be in possession of an article to be offensive or dangerous will be immediately escorted from the range without any right to a refund and we reserve the right to make reports to the relevant authorities which may lead to prosecution.

Alcohol may not be brought into the range, any person found to be possessing alcohol, or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol will be refused admission to the range with out any right to a refund. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and any person found possessing, using or who appear to be under the influence of illegal substances will be refused admission or escorted from the range with out any right to a refund.

CCTV 

CCTV cameras are used to assist in proper running of the range. However we do not make any representation as to the extent of coverage provided by the cameras. All items, belongings and other property brought into the range by you are at your own risk and we accept no liability for any loss or damage to such property.

CHILDREN 

No children under the age of 18 years are allowed into the firing range without a responsible adult. All children in the reception area must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The minimum age to participate is 10 years old, and under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

OUR LIABILITY 

Double Deuce accepts no responsibility for any loss and/or damage suffered by you as a result of any event outside our control ( including any distress, inconvenience, anxiety or loss of enjoyment arising from the evacuation of the range). This does not affect your statutory rights. 

PAYMENT 

All bookings must be paid in full prices inclusive of VAT.

Any payment received is non-transferable and non-refundable unless more than 7 days notice is given. To protect you from fraud, you will be required to produce the credit/debit card used to make payment when you arrive at the venue. If you cannot produce the card, an alternative payment must be taken, plus a £5 charge to cover our third party cost for refunding the original payment. 

LATE ARRIVALS AND NO SHOWS 

Sessions cannot be refunded or re booked for persons who fail to attend.

Where persons are late to arrive for their scheduled time slot, the session will be shortened to suit the remaining time allocated for that session. 

SAFETY BRIEF

No person will be allowed into the firing range until they have a safety briefing from staff, anybody not complying to this brief can be removed from the range with out any right to a refund.

CANCELLATION/FORCE MAJEURE AND LIMITATION

Payments will not be refunded to any person who fails to attend or withdraws from the range. Alterations to your booking can be made up to 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

Where the event is prevented, frustrated or delayed due to force majeure (including but not limited to riot, strikes, natural catastrophe, severely adverse weather, power failure, fire or breakdown of plant or machinery) or any other cause beyond its control, Double Deuces’ liability shall be limited to refunding or (at Double Deuces’ option ) re-scheduling the event at a future date convenient to all parties.

GIFT VOUCHERS

All Gift vouchers have a 12 month redemption from date of purchase, they cannot be redeemed after this date and you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation. 

All vouchers are non-refundable.

Normal cancelation policy applies to all vouchers once redeemed against a booking.

All vouchers must be redeemed in their entirety, no cash, credit or refund will be given if the voucher is not used  in its entirety or with the redemption period.

We use royal mail to deliver our vouchers and cannot accept responsibility for delays 

You must present vouchers upon arrival for your session, we accept no responsibility for lost vouchers 

PRIVACY POLICY 

Double Deuce Firing Range does not share your details or pass them min to any third parties. Online booking are securely processed by our card acquirer and Double Deuce does not store or retain card details given. In order to process telephone or walk in bookings, we require your name, phone number, credit/debit card details and relevant address details. We use this information to process your booking and , if any questions should arise, to contact you about your booking.

If you provide us with your email address or mobile number when you sign in at the venue, we might use these to send you marketing updates about your booking, events and future promotions. You can opt out of this by ticking the relevant area on your booking in form.

SHOOTING CAN BE DANGEROUS 

All shooting events can be dangerous. Despite taking all reasonable precautions unavoidable accidents can happen. In respect of these you are present at your own risk. All participants are required to sign an indemnity as a condition of shooting. 

SECTION 21 

A declaration under section 21 of the fire arms act 1968 must be signed by all persons entering the firing range. Refusal to sign would prohibit entry into the firing range without right to a refund.

PHOTO ID

All persons wanting to enter the shooting range must produce a Photo ID that we accept, without this you will be refused entry without the right to a refund.

Only government issued forms of photo ID will be accepted.

Examples of excepted forms of photo ID are;
– Passport
– Driving Licence ( Full or provisonal)
– Firearms/shotgun certificates
– BRP Card
– Military ID

If you intend to use a different form of goverment issued Photo ID than those listed. You will need to email us at info@double-deuce.co.uk at least 7 days prior to your booking for us to confirm if we will accept this form of photo ID.

Please note, you must bring the physical original document as, we don’t accept photo’s or photocopies of photo ID.

DELIVERY POLICY

Once a customer has purchased a session over the phone, or via walk-in, the customer is entitled to participate in that session only. Multiple purchases can be made by a customer in a single transaction as well as a single customer being allowed to make multiple transactions.

Upon arrival at the venue for a purchased event and in the interests of security, the customer is required to show the Credit/Debit card used to complete the transaction.

ALL participants are required to produce a valid form of photo ID when signing in, we reserve the right to refuse entry to those without a valid form of photo ID.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide about yourself to provide you with information or to complete an order. We never share this information with third parties apart from what is necessary to answer a request or to complete an order. The same applies to information you provide about someone else.

Your return email address is used to reply to you and your email address is not shared with outside parties.

We may use Google Analytics or similar software to record information about they way our site is accessed and used by visitors. This software does not and cannot identify personal information.

We never use or share the personal information provided to us online other than described above without your permission and without also offering you the choice to opt out.

Booking Appointments

The Gun Shop is open for walk in customers on Saturdays 10am to 6pm and then is available between Tuesday to Friday by appointment

Delivery Options
– Click and Collect

This service is provided for free. You will need to get in touch with our staff and make an appointment in the shop to make a collection on any day other than Saturday’s between 10am6pm. Furthermore, any order that is being collected on the same day its order, you will need to get in contact with the staff at the gun shop and confirm a time for you to collect the item.

You will also be required to bring a form of ID (this must be an original copy of drivers licence or passport) and confirmation of your order, along with any other specified documents, to collect the order.

– Delivery (for standard items)

All delivery services are to the United Kingdom (UK) only.

The following information about the delivery services offered are for items that don’t fall under the description of restricted items by Double Deuce Ltd, please reference the “ordering restricted items” section of the terms and condition for more information on these items.

All prices and expected delivery times are for the mainland UK (excluding the highlands), by agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge this and accept you will have to pay any additional fees incurred for sending your order outside of this area.

The standard delivery service, aims to have your parcel delivered to you in 3-5 working days from when the order is placed.

Then, the tracked delivery service, aims to have your parcel delivered to you in 2-3 working days from when the order is placed. Tracking updates will be provided to the customer via our chosen courier service.

All quoted delivery times are subject to change due to courier strikes. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes you but unfortunately, these delays are unavoidable.

– RFD to RFD transfers

For all customers that wish to have a shotgun, firearm or non-licensed weapon transferred from ourselves to another RFD for collection, the customer must get in touch with a member of our gun shop staff. Our staff will then generate the quote this service and talk you through the requirements that must be meet for us to be able to conduct an RFD to RFD transfer.

If you are looking to have a shotgun, firearm or non-licensed weapon transferred to our gun shop form another RFD for your collection, then you must get in touch with our gun shop staff prior to this item being sent. You will be provided with a quote and talked through the pessary information we require to accept this transfer.

– Knives and bladed items

Delivery of any items of this description needs to be arranged with a member of the gun shop staff. You can get in contact with our gun shop staff either by emailing us at sales@doubledeuce.co.uk or calling us on 01922 662020. After being contacted the gun shop staff will provide a quote and discuss the information we will require to be able to provide this service.

Refunds and Returns

The Goods in question must be returned to us in unopened within 14 days of receipt and must be received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale. Unless the Goods are faulty We shall be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Goods from you and may set such costs off against the amount to be re-credited to you. Furthermore, we do not accept returns for goods that were on sale or for previous disclosed faults at time of purchase.

All returned goods should carry a copy of the original receipt. We recommend you keep a copy of these for your own records. The goods should be packaged to a satisfactory standard in a safe and relevant manner. Our return address should be clearly shown on the front of the parcel which is as follows:

After the goods returned have been accessed and are in the original condition, your refund will be issued, this can take between 5 to 7 working days to show up into your account.

Ordering restricted items

All items under these restrictions can only be ordered on the website for Click and Collect. For those items that specialised delivery services can be arranged (i.e. RFD to RFD transfer or Age Verified postage), these are to be arranged with a staff member. You can see the contact details for the Gun shop staff at the bottom of this description. They will be able to advise both if you can organise a specialised delivery service with us and the necessary procedure to do so.

The following states the documentation required to purchase items that fall within the following descriptions:

– Unlicensed weapons
This item requires you to be over 18 and produce an original copy of a valid legal ID upon collect, for example; a drivers licence or passport and that the customer isn’t subject to restrictions of Section 21 of the 1968 Firearms Act.

-Knives/bladed objects
This item requires you to be over 18 and produce an original copy of a valid legal ID upon collect, for example; a drivers licence or passport.

– Section 2 Shotgun cartridges
This item requires a the owner to be the holder of and present (upon collecting this item) an original copy of a Shotgun (Section 2) Licence to purchase this item.

– Section 2 Shotguns
This item requires a the owner to be the holder of and present (upon collecting this item) an original copy of a Shotgun (Section 2) Licence (with space in Table 2) to purchase this item.

– Firearms
This item requires a the owner to be the holder of and present (upon collecting this item) an original copy of a Firearms (Section 1) Licence (with the necessary unused variation) to purchase this item.

– Section 1 Ammunition
This item requires a the owner to be the holder of and present (upon collecting this item) an original copy of a Firearms (Section 1) Licence (with the necessary allocation) to purchase this item.

– Components of ammunition
This item requires the owner to present a licence that allows them to possess a weapon of the same calibre as what this component can be used to produce ammunition for.

Double Deuce Ltd and its staff reserve the right to refuse the sale of this item to the customer if the customer fails to satisfy the requirement(s) stated above. There will be no refund processed for this transaction unless Double Deuce Ltd is satisfied that there are extenuating circumstances that led to this purchase being made without the customer fulfilling these requirements.
